Our team reaches out to your referrals to schedule a free consultation and provide a custom solar quote tailored to their home and energy needs. There’s no obligation to purchase - just helpful information so they can decide if solar makes sense for them.

What is the prize?

One participant will win a $5,000 cash prize.

Do I get anything if my referee installs solar?

Yes. In addition to contest entries, if your referral signs a contract that results in a completed solar installation, you will receive $500 cash, and your referee will receive $500 off their solar installation. This reward is separate from the contest and applies to each successful installation resulting from your referral.

Who can participate in the referral contest?

This contest is open to existing Zeno Renewables customers in Alberta and Ontario. Employees of Zeno Renewables and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How do I earn entries into the draw?

You earn one contest entry for every one qualified referral you submit. The more qualified referrals you provide, the more entries you receive.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A qualified referral is a homeowner in Alberta or Ontario who has agreed to be contacted by Zeno Renewables and is genuinely interested in receiving a free solar quote. Contact details must be accurate and the person must not already be in Zeno’s sales pipeline or an existing customer.

Do referrals need to purchase solar?

No. Referrals only need to receive a solar quote to count toward contest entries, provided they meet qualification criteria. There is no obligation for them to purchase solar.

Do referrals need to be homeowners in Alberta or Ontario?

Yes. Only homeowners in Alberta or Ontario are eligible since solar installations require property ownership approval.

Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn?

No. You may submit unlimited qualified referrals and earn unlimited entries during the campaign period.

How will I know if my referral qualified?

Zeno Renewables tracks referrals internally. Qualified referrals are counted once the homeowner confirms interest in receiving a solar quote. Participants may request an update on their entry count.

Can I refer the same person more than once?

No. Duplicate referrals will not be counted, and only the first submission will qualify.

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be selected by random draw within 14 days after the campaign closes and contacted directly. With the winner’s consent, their name will also be publicly announced for transparency.

Contest Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to existing Zeno Renewables customers only, and no purchase is necessary to participate. The contest closes on March 31, 2026 at 5pm. Participants receive one entry into the draw for every one qualified referral submitted, with unlimited entries permitted. A qualified referral must be a homeowner located in Alberta or Ontario who has consented to being contacted and is genuinely open to receiving a solar quote. Duplicate, false, or non-consenting contacts will be disqualified. One winner will be selected by random draw within 14 days of the contest closing to receive a $5,000 cash prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The prize is non-transferable, and Zeno Renewables reserves the right to verify eligibility of participants and referrals. Additionally, for every signed contract resulting in an installation the referrer will receive $500 in cash and the referee will receive $500 discount applied to their solar invoice. Employees of Zeno Renewables and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. By submitting referrals, participants confirm they have permission to share the contact information provided. Zeno Renewables reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
